Recent Projects

Our clients include businesses, developers, land owners, development agencies, financial institutions, Government and local government organisations. The following is a selection of recent projects that we have been involved in during 2009-10.

  • An assessment of the potential use of Business Premises Renovation Allowance (BPRA) for leisure-tourism development in Greater Glasgow on behalf of BBS.
  • Providing services to SESplan to enable the public consultation and engagement on the Strategic Development Plan.
  • Appraisal, feasibility and promotion of land for various individual land owners and developers in Edinburgh, East Lothian and Midlothian.
  • Feasibility and Viability Studies on behalf of the Forestry Commission Scotland appraising the potential for mixed use leisure developments in various locations.
  • Undertook a commission to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of engagement between two pilot authorities and key agencies as part of the Delivery Planning Reform Agenda. An Action Plan and Recommendations looked at modernisation, culture and business change.
