Rick Finc BSc (Hons) MSc MRTPI MIED, a Chartered Town Planner and Urban Economist, has 30 years experience working within all aspects of the development and planning process within the Scottish market. He is a skilled project manager and has been involved and responsible for high profile work in Scotland and beyond, normally leading multi-disciplinary teams. Prior to establishing RFA, Rick held senior positions as the Scottish Director of large corporate design and property consultancies working across Scotland and the North of England.

Rick is Director of Scottish Planning Consultants Forum.

Mark Fairlie

Mark Fairlie BSc (Hons) Planning and Property Development is a Development Consultant with the company. Mark graduated in 2009 and has been associated with RFA since then working on a range of projects. He has supported the Principal as well as undertaking his own workload specialising in development appraisal and the property interface of the consultancy.

Mark has a keen professional interest in the leisure-hotel sector.

Naomi Cunningham

Naomi Cunningham BA (Hons); MSc MRTPI operates as a senior consultant and has 4 years of commercial planning experience in the private practice, as well as experience of the public sector. At RFA, her role involves a full range of planning work, providing planning and development advice to a wide variety of public and private sector clients. Naomi has been involved in a wide variety of projects including housing, regeneration, commercial development and masterplanning.
